How do Bach Flower Essences work?
During the preparation process of the Essences, spring water absorbs the energy pattern of the flowers.
Each one of the flowers embodies a particular energy frequency and the action of these Essences is to raise our vibrations that have been blocked by negative emotions (fear, guilt, worry, uncertainty, etc.) and open up our channels for reconnecting with that particular virtue we have lost (courage, forgiveness, peace of mind, certainty).

What can be treated with Bach Flower Essences?
When the correct essences are chosen, they can bring remarkable results for:

* Acute emergency situations.                  * Passing emotional moods.
* Deep – seated emotions.                       * Personality traits.

When the remedies are used for emergencies or passing moods they usually work relatively quickly.
When dealing with longer standing unbalances, it may take longer to feel significant results.
